High Desert Youth Football & Cheer Conference
Welcome to the official home of the High Desert Youth Football and Cheer Conference. We are comprised of youth football and cheerleading teams residing in several High Desert communities of Southern California. We are a 501c3 organization that is comprised of 11 individual chapters, serving the needs of over 2000 young football players and Cheerleaders in the high desert.

The primary objective of High Desert Youth Football and Cheer is to inspire today's youth; to practice the ideals of health, citizenship and character; to bring our youth together through common interest in sportsmanship, fair play and fellowship; to impart element of safety, sanity and intelligent supervision, keeping the welfare of the youth first and foremost.

In Section 3, Under Tiny Mite Division Game Rules. Bullet 6:
Currently Reads: Defense: No player may line up over the center. Player must be at least 3 yards off on either side of the center. Defensive line must be in a 3 or 4-point stance at the snap of the ball. Blitzing is NOT permitted. Blitzing shall be defined as any linebacker or defensive back moving or running toward the line of scrimmage prior to the snap with the intent to cross the line of scrimmage.
Clarification: No player may line up over the center. Defense
must have no more than 6 and no less than 4 players on the line
head-to-head with an offensive lineman or offensive end, except the
center. Defensive line must be in a 3 or 4 point stance at the snap of
the ball. Linebackers and defensive backs must be at least 3 yards
off the line of scrimmage. Blitzing is NOT permitted. Blitzing shall
be defined as any linebacker or defensive back moving toward the line
of scrimmage prior to the snap.
